How it works
Four steps, and you only do the first one
Your referral bonus gift is earned at step four. Steps two and three belong to the person you refer and our clinical team.
-
1
You send us their name
Fill in the form below with their contact details. Ask them first, so a call from us is a welcome one.
-
2
We invite them to a free consultation
Our team reaches out, answers their questions and sets up a consultation. There is no cost and no obligation.
-
3
They decide what is right for them
Our clinical team reviews their situation. Whether treatment makes sense is decided at the consultation, and the choice is theirs.
-
4
You receive your referral bonus gift
Once they complete treatment, we thank you personally and issue your referral bonus gift within 30 days. You choose how you receive it.
Bonus earned here
One thing to know up front. A booked or attended consultation does not earn the referral bonus gift. It is earned when the person you referred completes treatment. If they decide treatment is not for them, no referral bonus gift is issued, and there is no pressure on them either way.
Referral bonus gift
Our way of saying thank you
Helping someone find us is a kindness, and we want to recognize it. The amount of your referral bonus gift depends on whether you have been treated with us, and you choose how to receive it. It is the same for stem cell and NK cell therapy.
Past patients
$1,000
per referral, after the person you referred completes treatment.
- You have completed stem cell or natural killer cell treatment with us.
- You know the experience first-hand, so your word carries weight.
Friends, family and caregivers
$500
per referral, after the person you referred completes treatment.
- You have not been treated with us.
- Caring for someone, or simply knowing someone who is looking for options, is enough.
Check
A cashier’s check mailed to you.
Treatment credit
Credit applied to your own future treatment.
Discount for the person you refer
A discount applied to the treatment of the person you referred.
Who to refer
A good referral is someone who is already looking for options
You do not need to know medical details. Here is a plain-language guide to who tends to benefit from a conversation with us. Our clinical team decides eligibility at the consultation.
Stem cell therapy
Examples of what people come to us for:
- Anti-aging and wellness
- Arthritis and joint pain
- Autoimmune conditions
- Neurological conditions
NK cell therapy
Someone facing a cancer diagnosis, in treatment or in remission, who wants to learn about immune-based options to discuss with their own doctors.
Often it is a family member who is doing the research on their behalf. That is a perfectly good reason to reach out.

- They asked you about your experience, or told you they are looking for options.
- They said yes to being contacted, and know a call or message is coming.
- They want to ask questions and decide for themselves.
Not a good fit
- Someone who has not heard about this and has not agreed to be contacted.
- Someone looking for a guaranteed result. We cannot promise outcomes.
- Someone you are pushing. Interest should come from them.
I haven’t been treated, and I would like a consultation call for myself.

Starting the conversation
You’re helping someone you care about, so start there
People tend to share things like this because they want to help someone they care about. Lead with that, and the conversation takes care of itself.
Ask first
Check that they are open to hearing about it before you share anything. Their health is theirs to talk about.
Tell your story
Share what you know first-hand, such as the consultation, the team or why you thought of them. Leave out promises about results, because every person is different.
Let them decide
Offer to pass their details along, and leave it there. The free consultation is where they get real answers.
Questions
What people usually ask
When and how do I get my referral bonus gift?
After the person you referred completes treatment, we issue your referral bonus gift within 30 days, using the option you chose on the form: a check mailed to you, credit toward your own future treatment, or a discount for the person you referred.
What counts as “completes treatment”?
The person you referred has received the treatment their care team recommended and the clinic has recorded it as complete. We will tell you when your referral bonus gift is on its way.
Does the person I refer pay anything for the consultation?
No. The consultation is free and comes with no obligation to move forward.
Do I have to be a patient to take part?
No. Friends, family members and caregivers can refer someone and receive $500 per completed referral. Past patients receive $1,000.
Can I refer more than one person?
Yes. Each person who completes treatment earns a separate referral bonus gift. There is currently no limit on the number of referrals.
What if they already contacted you before I referred them?
The referral bonus gift goes to the person who sent us their details first, as recorded on this form. If they were already in touch with us, we cannot add a referrer afterward. This is why it helps to submit the form before they reach out.
How do you know I referred them?
The form records who referred whom. When we contact your friend, we also ask who introduced them, so both records match.
Is my friend’s information kept private?
We use their details only to contact them about a consultation. If they tell us they are not interested, we stop. Please only submit someone who has said it is okay.
Which treatment should I choose on the form?
Pick the one that seems closest, or choose “Not sure.” Our team will point them to the right place.
